Normal land is 4096 plots with 937 prims offering either grassy or beach terrain textures.
Extra Prim land is 4096 with 1218 prims and protected sailing water in the center of the prim offering beach terrain textures.
Homestead is quarter sims at 16348 per plot with 937 prims and used for small business or residential. Homesteads are capped at 20 avatars per sim with 4 plots on each sim offering beach or grassy terrain. Full homesteads are also available for the ultimate privacy.
