In case you haven’t noticed I’m a wee bit on the cranky side of yesterday. It’s all good, it’ll go away soon. This I know. Tomorrow I will laugh again when the dog head butts a cow. Yes, you read that right. Re-read it if you must but really, the dog did headbutt the cow. And then looked at me for approval. I’m filming it tomorrow. Then I will upload it to you youtube because there will be no music and thus share the dog butting head cow thingy *blinks*

Class reunion Saturday night. Hold me now and never let me go. It’s gonna be all sorts of crazy going on there from start to finish. None of which I will be involved in. Honest. *crosses fingers behind her back and winks*

I can now officially check off “write a blog post” from my never ending list of crap that now must be done. Seriously folks. I’ve had lists before. Anyone who reads this blog knows I have tried the whole list thing. Lately, I’ve been having lists to list lists that explain where I put the list. The annoyability is extreme at this point (see what I did there..huh huh didja?).

I have a whole new level of hair excitement going on. Yesterday, Britnee of Simply Britnee plurked that she was releasing some new hair. I saw the plurk and absolutely fell in love wtih the Esclava 2 style. Since I have been out of world for a few weeks with personal issues, I knew I was going to have to wait another week before I could hop over to purchase it.

EXCEPT! Britnee saw my response to her plurk that said “I love that one” or similar and surprised me with not one but two of her new releases. Thank you so much Brit….it’s been a trying few weeks and your gift was completely unexpected and brought a smile to my face. Sending them over was extremely nice of you and thank you!

Ok…enough mush. I have to show you the hair. Because the styles are so simple and elegant and can go with just about any look and style. Her packs come in all colors and are not that expensive. If anyone knows me, they know that I like inexpensive and I switch hair color like I switch skins so that’s a huge win for me. The biggest win? MODIFY HAIR!

The Esclava 2 in diablo (brown) and this is the one that I fell in love with *holds it close and refuses to let it go* I haven’t changed it yet and I’m two days running!

Because I miss Her Purple Highness Reina so much and and! Brit does a fantastic purple that I know other people wear, I took a shot of the Evita 2 in..PURPLE!

I despise internet providers. Really I do. First, they tease and they hook you up. They give you all sorts of fancy boxes and wires and say “there you go! All set!” But there is always that catch “we forgot to put you into our system so your screwed for an entire weekend.” Yeah, I was without internet this weekend and trust me, it sucked.

My new schedule is starting to be found and for whatever odd reason, it begins around 4:30ish every morning. Have I ever mentioned that I am really not a morning person? I’m considering hooking up a coffee IV. Or just eating the coffee grounds. I think I need it. Can anyone say nap time?

The cats are taking to their new home nicely, two have been here before so they are very comfortable. The move here was a bit crazy with them though. Oh, did I forget to mention that I moved? Here let me tell you; I moved. I am officially living on a farm. I’m gonna need some overalls, a piece of hay in mouth and perfect my “ya’ll” slang just for the hell of it. Not that anyone around here talks like that but whatever.

It’s too early to think of anything else. But hey….at least I blogged today. Ya’ll!

It’s amazing how time goes by when your very busy and can’t figure out your head from your toes. Spinning in circles and trying to figure out where to go. Life keeps moving no matter what is thrown at you and everyone keeps living and continuing.

It’s a cycle.

My cycle right now is spinning around like a chicken with it’s head cut off (note: no animals were hurt in the posting of this blog). I’m home, I’m not home. I’m on line then I’m not. I’m doing laundry then suddenly I’m doing a bunch of dishes. It’s very odd and a bit discomforting. I’ve had the same schedule for years and now it’s thrown out of whack. Makes me realize the things I took for granted and the things that I’ve always wanted to do and just don’t have the time to do it right now. I realize that I’ll find my new schedule within a few weeks once things settle down. But I really want to find it now. So I can get things done without jumping projects like I’m a yo yo on crack.

Although my world is a bit topsy turvy (word!) right now, I hope everyone else is steady and moving along! I have a video of my cat trying to climb the screen door. I’m gonna have to get that onto the computer and blog it. Dang funny and the kitten is no longer a kitten anyway.

Yes, yes…been very very quiet on the blog front. Unfortunately we experienced a loss in my family that took us all a bit by surprise and the handling will be on-going for the next few months. That’s why B blogged. Well not really. See, the reason she blogged is because I also found myself three states down wind on a spur of the moment trip to go see the newest addition to our family. She’s adorable and although the last week has been very hard, it was a welcome break.

So yup, I finally managed to break free of that box B really didn’t put me in. I’m blaming her lack of bacon offerings and coffee with holdings. She’ll insist there is no box. She may be stretching the truth. Really. Cause I have the box. Actually two of them. Which really do need to go out in the mail to her. I’ve been procrastinating long enough.

Anyway, I’m back. Tired….but back. I’ll be logging in world tomorrow to check my messages, most likely in the evening.

Hi.  It’s Bridget.  Yes, I know you came here to find out where Misty has been.  Don’t worry, she is fine.  She is tied up with some “real life stuff” and will be back eventually.

I am sure you have read those lines several times and are asking “Did she really give the keys to her blog to Bridget and wander off to the Real World?”  Well, truth be told, I have a copy hidden from her and only use them when she is away.  Why?  Well, if you know Misty, you’d know why I don’t blog on her site unless I can get a head start run from the orb that is sure to follow.  Not to mention, you’re here for her, not me.  Many of you don’t even know me.  In which case, I really am a nice person.  And if you do know me, stop laughing!

Eh-hem, where was I?  Oh yes, I remember now.  This is Misty’s blog.  I know she usually dazzles her readers with pictures, humor, fashion and tales of her life outside of the webiverse, however, all you get from me is text.  This text.  Right here.  That you are reading now.  Well, not now NOW, but now.  Because now NOW I am typing this, but when you read it, it won’t be now NOW it will be now.  Or do I have that backwards?

Anyhow, now that everyone is confused, I am going to toss some food into the closet that does not contain our mutual friend and see how long it takes before she escapes.  *nods*  And, just for record, again, she did say to let you all know she is fine and will be back eventually.  The rest, well, I’m sure she won’t mind…

My friend Serishen has started making video’s and brought back the bug to be a bit creative. Some time ago, we had discussed doing video’s for Cry Little Sister from the Lost Boys Movie. I took a jump and went ahead and completed mine because I couldn’t wait.

Cry Little Sister

It’s been 20 years and my cluster of a class is attempting yet another reunion. I say cluster because we were large, with many different cliques and personalities that always didn’t get along. Heck, I’m still not sure if half get along. In any case, I found out a long lost friend or two will be there. Possibly 10-12 of them, so at 5:30 this morning, the man and I decided we were going to.

The only problem with going is that I lost my password to the site to print the form and get it in. I know….I know! The Man has his, so if my email doesn’t come through, he can still print it off tonight. Isn’t he the best?

Next month, I’ll get to dress up all fancy like, go have a glass of wine or a bottle of beer and remember fondly times of way back when. Or try to remember. Here’s the other part of the problem. Other then a few instances, unfortunately most of my years of high school is but a fuzzy memory. I normally rely on another good friend (who I will be calling this evening!) to remind me of over half the crap we did during that hazy time of my life. I’m not sure she is going, so things might be a little rough for me with a whole lotta confused face looks and “I did that?” going on.

The best part though is my husband and I both graduated at the same time. The thing is though we didn’t really become friends until our senior year for the most part. He sorta thought I was a huge bitch because I couldn’t remember his name. Which considering the source, NOW isn’t that big of a deal. Apparently back then it was. We didn’t hang out together, so his memories are different from mine. It will be interesting to hear about the crazy things he did in high school. I get stories now and then from a cousin who is younger then us that hung out with his crowd. But as the nosy wife, I want more stories. Then I want to blog them. KIDDING…..maybe *winks*.

5:30am and the first decision of the day has been made. I’m being productive right?

It’s been one thing after another and the month is almost over. For that I say, thank goodness!

Productivity when you have a sick self and sick family is hit and miss, currently working on Christmas stuff.

Local Cheer will be starting soon, that’s time consuming.

The cats are all finally getting along. Sorta. I guess that’s all I can hope for.
